MSH launches its "neo" range designed for new forms of youth mobility: neoExplore, neoStudents and neoWHV

The world leader in international health insurance, with over 700,000 insured members worldwide, MSH has launched its "neo" range designed for new forms of international mobility, with an initial offering aimed at young people aged between 18 and 35.

International internships, academic courses, WHPs and sabbaticals are popular in France with the number of students going abroad growing every year. To support this clearly identified trend, MSH has created the neo range. This new range is divided into 3 profiles:
- Students, interns or young people going abroad to learn a language: neoStudents
- Young people going abroad to travel and work under the Working Holiday Program: neoWHV
- Young people going abroad to work as an au pair, to volunteer, or for tourism: neoExplore

All of the plans in the range include a package of essential benefits for stays abroad:

- Emergency medical expenses in the country of destination, third countries and France: coverage in the country of destination, during stays in France (up to 30 days) and in the rest of the world (up to 90 consecutive days).
- Assistance and repatriation: covers the cost of repatriation to the country of origin in case of health problems. In case of a natural disaster or terrorist attack, return tickets are covered.
- Baggage loss, theft, delay or damage: covers loss, theft, delayed delivery or damage to your baggage.
- Third-party liability abroad and Tenant’s liability: protection in case of damage caused to a third party or to the rented accommodation.
- Personal accident coverage: if you have an accident (death or disability), your next of kin receive a lump sum payment.
- Travel incidents: in case of unforeseen circumstances (late departure or if your flight is delayed causing you to miss your connection), the cost of changing or cancelling your trip is covered.

In addition, young insured members are provided with attractive benefits tailored to their situation:

  • Simplified online enrollment via smartphone, with the insurance certificate issued immediately
  • Coverage of valuables (computer, smartphone, GoPro cameras, etc.) under certain conditions
  • Unlimited teleconsultation included
  • Coverage of popular sports (such as paddleboarding, canyoning, kite surfing, etc.).
  • 24/7 access to the MSH app where you can geolocate a nearby healthcare professional or submit expenses to be reimbursed by simply taking a photo, and view past reimbursements.

"We are committed to supporting the underlying trend among young people of international mobility in all its forms which is why we have designed the neo range: insurance solutions that are simple for Gen Z to understand, apply for, and use" said Séverine Lacroix, Retail and Digital Director at MSH.
