To respect "duty of care" regulations, the medical advisor of a multinational company specialized in oil exploration had to find a way to limit risks before sending any of its employees to work on its oilrigs. The company asked MSH to organize dedicated pre-expatriation health check-ups for all members of staff and detect any pathologies that would be incompatible with the working conditions on an oilrig.
