Dhouha Gaaya is promoted MSH Director of Operations and Transformation, effective October 1st 2023
In this role, she has direct oversight of Paris and Tunis Operations staff and is responsible for MSH France portfolio delegated to the MSH Calgary, Dubai, Shanghai operations centers. She is part of MSH France Executive Committee.
A graduate of ESSEC Paris, Dhouha began her career in the shipping sector with the French group Bolloré, then with the Danish group Maersk in the Key Accounts sales department. She then worked as Operations Director in the financial transport sector, before moving to the health insurance sector in 2011.
Dhouha joined MSH in 2018 to set up its regional office in Africa located in Tunisia, which now has a staff of nearly 200 employees. She joined the MSH France teams in October 2022 as Deputy Director of Operations and succeeded Laurent Bonhote in October 2023 as Director of Operations and Transformation.
Laurent Bonhote will be joining MSH Dubai as Deputy CEO effective January 1st 2024.
Laurent Bonhote, Director of Operations and Transformation at MSH France since 2015, joins MSH Dubai as Deputy CEO as of January 1st 2024. Laurent will work closely with Ghassan Wazen to become the CEO by mid-2024. Ghassan will continue to support MSH and the Group in his capacity of Vice-Chairman of MSH Dubai.
Laurent Bonhote, 46, has a degree in Political Science from the Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University, specializing in International Relations. Prior to joining MSH, Laurent Bonhote held various executive positions at the Caisse Nationale d'Assurance Maladie (CNAMTS, French National Health Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers) since 2002, including that of Principal Private Secretary to the CNAMTS Managing Director between 2013 and 2014.
