Séverine Lacroix joins MSH as Director of Retail Distribution and Digital Paris, March 6, 2022 - MSH, a subsidiary of the DIOT-SIACI group and world leader in international employee benefits, accelerates its digital strategy and announces the arrival of Séverine Lacroix as Director of Retail Distribution and Digital. In this capacity, she joins the MSH Executive Committee.Séverine Lacroix will occupy this newly created position, reporting to Laurent Jumelle, Deputy Executive Director of MSH. She will drive the development of MSH's Retail Distribution activities and Digital offerings, whose services are aimed at companies, international organizations and individuals. In particular, she will be responsible for leading the ambitious growth objectives of this subsidiary of the Diot-Siaci group in the Individual and Mid-Cap market segments.
Séverine Lacroix, 44, is a graduate of the HEC business school in Paris, having majored in Entrepreneurship. She began her career as an entrepreneur from 2004 to 2017 with the creation of the start-up Aguila and was the winner of numerous innovation prizes and awards. In 2018, she joined CHAPKA Assurances, a member of the Aon France Group, as Director of Strategy & International Development.
In 2020, she joined Europ Assistance as Director of Marketing and Intermediated Distribution for the Travel Business Line. Alongside her corporate roles, Séverine Lacroix has also been working as a consultant & mentor in strategic and competitive positioning since 2012, with a strong focus on start-ups and scale-up strategies.
